We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Therapy Associate to join our team who are inspired to improve quality of life for people and build a health service brand through amazing hospitality, service and expertise. Join our team at our wellness center located in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Summary Description
Daily job duties include administering new client health questionnaire, greeting clients, reception desk administration, processing new clients and maintaining client records in our operating software, processing client payments, pre and post therapy room preparation, facility cleanliness, clean equipment, inventory supplies, open and close wellness center, respond to email inquiries and other miscellaneous office duties assigned by the office manager.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years experience as a sales associate, receptionist, therapist or other business experience
  • 1+ years experience preferred in holistic health, health retail business, wellness, fitness or medical office
  • B.S. Undergraduate degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of PC (not Apple) computers using office applications such as web browser, MS Word/Excel
  • Interest in natural therapy and desire to help people improve quality of life
  • We require someone with exceptional hospitality, inter-personal communication skills and professional image to establish and maintain client rapport and deliver excellent customer service to all clients and employees
  • Must have the ability to resolve client dealings in a positive manner
  • Ability to multi-task and effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrate outstanding people skills with a tone of compassion, composure and empathy
  • Communicate at a professional level in English, written and oral
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, initiative and proactive behavior
  • Ability to work well with other and manage conflict in a positive manner
